by Kim D. Brummell, Oxford, North Carolina

Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, a disease
infecting all races that has spreaded rapidly through the
African-American community, hindering a race that is stricken with
immunity.

AIDS even affect the younger generation. This disease has been around for
years, impacting the entire global nation.

Transmitted from the blood that runs through our
veins, eating away every part of our body, including
our brains.

Transmitted from dirty drug needles on our street corners from one person to
another, poisoning the immune system of that one unlucky sister or brother.

Transmitted from the vaginal fluids that we share
in an intimate way. Our communities need to all come together and pray,
especially on worldwide AIDS day.

African-Americans are still showing the highest AIDS death rate. There are
those who are living with this deadly secret, not knowing their own fate.

There are different theories on where this disease
came from and how it was spreaded. For those
suffering with this disease; it goes far beneath the
skin, deeply embedded.

AIDS, researchers still searching for the ultimate
cure. We need something very powerful that is 100% pure.
